Keith and Lowell started First Responder Ministries together in 2015.
Both serve as Chaplains for the Lubbock Police Department and both are retired sworn Police Officers with the Department.
Lowell retired from LPD in 2020 and Keith retired from LPD in 2021.
Lowell is an Ordained Minister and Associate Pastor at Westwood Church of Lubbock, Texas.
Keith is a Licensed Minister through Live Oak Community Church in Lubbock, Texas.
Both are members of International Conference of Police Chaplains.
Both have a Heart for Helping First Responders, their Families and the Community.
Lowell and Keith have a combined Law Enforcement Experience of 69 years of service as First Responders.
