Retreat for 24 couples (w LCU- Bullard Institute for Strong Families)
What: A Christian faith based weekend gathering of married first responders where real-life experiences are shared in an effort to strengthen marriages.
When: Oct 14th; 5:30pm to Oct 17th; around noon
Where; The group will meet at South Plains Church of Christ for a welcome dinner before heading to the Plains Baptist Assembly located near Floydada, TX.
Who is this for; Any first responder and their spouse who wants to build a stronger marriage with a group of people that understands the struggles that our unique professions can cause.
Cost:$0; The Bullard Institute for Strong Families and the First Responder Ministries have recognized a need to build strong marriages in our area and have agreed to sponsor this weekend through a generous grant and donations. Space is limited.
